While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Products available on the Website, please note that certain items, such as Funko pops, are sold as collectibles and may have limited availability.

You also authorize Collector's Oasis to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your chosen payment method. Please note that payment for the send-in service is due upfront, and there are no refunds unless we cancel the signing event or service for any reason. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Collector's Oasis will make reasonable efforts to ship Products to you in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. Shipping and delivery estimates provided on the Website are for informational purposes only.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Please note that Collector's Oasis does not accept returns or exchanges for Funko pops. Due to the nature of these collectible items, all sales of Funko pops are final. Unless extenuating circumstances apply. For other Products, Collector's Oasis accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms of our Return Policy. To initiate a return or exchange for eligible Products, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
